Adult Social Care Mental Health Service is looking to recruit a Social Worker to be part of the Rough Sleeping Initiative (RSI) multi-disciplinary team.

Primarily covering Eastbourne, Lewes and Wealden, you will be expected to collaborate with the RSI Social Worker who covers Hastings and Rother, to provide cover and share learning and good practice with them.
