If you are seeking a varied and interesting administrative role within Adult Social Care with a focus on excellent customer service, this could be the job for you. We have a full-time permanent Business Administrator vacancy within the Adult Social Care Learning Disabilities Shared Lives & Supported Accommodation Service.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic administrator who will provide support to the Service Manager, staff and clients within the service. The successful candidate will have:

  • Communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to manage a reception area and remain calm in a busy working environment.
  • Strong IT skills particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work according to the requests being received.
  • To work as part of a team to support with administration tasks and the management of the office.
  • The ability to follow instructions as well as using your own initiative to escalate information as appropriate.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
