You will work with a range of services, departments and stakeholders in the local health and care system. You will engage with operational and back-office teams to develop operational pathways and systems and deliver change that supports service delivery and improves outcomes for local residents.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in an appropriate public sector setting, with an understanding of social care delivery and priorities. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and with experience of delivering projects and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
