Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

Cradle Hill Community Primary School is a large sized primary school & Nursery which currently has 663 pupils on roll, it is a welcoming and friendly school where each child feels happy and secure and all who work, learn and thrive within its community.
We are seeking to appoint an excellent, motivated and talented person to start as an Apprentice Early Years Educator and join our dedicated, friendly and supportive school & Nursery, starting from September 2024.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Support children’s learning and development through applying knowledge of pedagogy and the observation, assessment and planning cycle.
- Develop secure and supportive relationships with children and families and work with key individuals in children’s lives (for example parents, families and carers) to improve all children’s outcomes and wellbeing.
- Work in partnership with other organisations and support change to improve practices.
- Promote and engage in children’s play. Support all children to create and adapt the environment to reflect their interests and enable their learning and development
- Ensure legal requirements of statutory frameworks are met within policy, procedure and practice.

You will need to be at least 16 years old or over (current Y11 and above) at the start of your apprenticeship with us.
