We are looking for a Teaching Assistant 3, to work with a close-knit team and provide some class cover, in our happy, forward looking primary school, graded as 'Good' by Ofsted (May 2022). Spurred on by this judgement, we have a continued rigour to provide the best we can for our children. We need someone who can demonstrate consistency, build strong relationships and have high expectations at all times.

The successful candidate will be deployed throughout both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, happy to work as part of a team and keen to help all children reach their potential.

A good level of Maths and English is required, and training and support will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate is able to thrive in our dynamic teaching and learning environment.

We can offer:

  • A friendly and welcoming school full of children who want to learn
  • A creative and exciting curriculum
  • Excellent professional development opportunities
  • Committed support from the Leadership Team
  • Extensive facilities for outdoor learning
  • As part of our employment package our staff have access to the Aurora Advantage scheme which provides many benefits including an On Demand GP, access to an Employee Wellbeing and Assistance scheme, high street discounts and a Cycle to Work scheme.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
